Aesthetics 64 Skin & Well-being Clinic, based in Penarth, is proudly led by two experienced Registered Nurses, Sophie and Lucy. With nursing degrees from Cardiff University and over a decade of clinical expertise, they founded Aesthetics 64 in 2019 with a shared passion for skin health, holistic care, and ethical aesthetics.

Lucy & Sophie are respectively Independent Nurse Prescriber and Level 7 qualifications in non-surgical cosmetic enhancements—bringing the highest standards of clinical care and safety to every treatment.

The clinic combines a calm, welcoming atmosphere with a modern, clinical aesthetic—designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.

We are committed to using only medical-grade products and trusted brands, including Teoxane—the world-renowned Swiss filler backed by extensive health and safety data.

Treatments

Anti-wrinkle treatments (Botulinum Toxin)

We offer treatments based on which areas you would like to focus on. The areas we offer consist of the glabella (frown), frontalis muscle (forehead) and theorbicularis oculi muscle (crow’s feet). Additional areas for anti-wrinkle relaxing treatment are the chin, under eye jelly roll, jaw and bunny lines.

Skin boosting treatment

Skin boosters are designed to prevent premature skin from ageing by restoring skin density leaving glowing hydrated skin with visible results almost immediately. Treatment areas include face, neck, décolletage, chest and hands. A skin booster appropriate for you will be recommended after a successful consultation. We offer Profhilo, polynucleotides, Seventy Hyal and Restylane skin boosters.

Vitamin Injections & IV Infusion

Well-Being injections help support the body’s immune system and general well-being. Here at Aesthetics 64 we offer free consultations to discuss any general well-being needs. We offer Vitamin B12, Vitamin C & Biotin Injections as well as IV Vitamin Infusions with a cocktail of vitamins to support your needs.

Fat Dissolving Injections

Fat dissolving injections target stubborn fatty areas that do not budge with regular exercise and a balanced diet. The injections are by no means an easy option as for the to work effectively exercise and a balanced diet will help facilitate the dissolving process.
The dissolving solution is injected in to fatty areas (chin, love handles, stomach or bra fat) and targets the fat cells causing a process of necrosis. With a minimum 2L fluid intake this will then flush out the fat cells and can result in permanent results as long as you have a balanced diet.

PRP Vampire Facial

PRP (protein rich plasma) is a popular treatment for those wanting a more natural approach to skin rejuvenation.
A venous sample of blood is taken from yourself and then spun for 10 minutes in a machine. Your collagen is then extracted from this sample and re-injected in to the face to help stimulate collagen production which will result in a more youthful and smoother appearance. 3 treatments in total are recommended for optimal results.
This treatment can also be used for hair loss where it will restimulate the hair follicle production.

They actually listen to your concerns and advise accordingly, which is great, as what I thought I needed wasn't actually suitable for me, I dread to think if I had gone elsewhere and a practitioner just gave me what I asked for. Great experience with Aesthetics 64! Really flexible and easy to book. Bith nurses were so lovely and talked me through every part of the appointment. I wasn't sure how much I wanted later for another appointment when I changed my mind absolutely no problem. Would definitely recommened!
